Located in the north of Jinghui West Road, east of Jingshuang Road, south of Jingrong Road, west of Linghu Avenue, total building area of about 331,000 m², construction area of about 230,000 m². Among them, standard building single area: about 2,500 m², office building single area: about 3,000~4,000 m², completed by the end of 2023.

Located in the southeast of the intersection of South Taikeyuan Road and Linghu Avenue in Xinwu District, stretching along Yuguanqi Road, South Zhangjiaye Road, Zhide Road, Zhixian Road, adjacent to landscape river in the north, covering an area of about 65,000 m², total building area of about 385,800 m², planned total construction area of 298,700 m².

Located in the south of Airport Economic Development Zone, north of Xuemei Road, Rangxi area, south of Airport Auxiliary Road, total land area of 192 mu, built-up area of about 127,000 m². It is a professional park meeting QMP production, environmental protection requirements, fire safety, confidentiality manufacturers' needs.

Located in the southeast of the intersection of Linghu Avenue and Huayi Avenue, developed jointly with modern transportation, total investment of 500 million yuan, planning land area of about 42.5 mu, planning to build high-standard factory buildings and supporting facilities, cumulative investment over 450 million yuan, focusing on medical devices, innovative drugs, synthetic biology three major industrial chains product integration into one characteristic industrial cluster, put into production in 2027.

Wuxi Synthetic Biology Industrialization Park, with a planned construction land area of 50 mu, building area of about 88,700 m², designed plot ratio of 2.5, expected to be put into use in 2027.
